Weather was perfect, beautiful time of the year and only hour/half from home! Marla'staff were unbelievably hospitable at this retreat!
Learning diversity of all women! Bonfire, loved the food, women, brain lecture, nutrition info, being taken care of, no decisions!

The education from Dr. Karas on the brain, Nutrition with Chris, working out with Brent, the yoga, the people the atomosphere, everything! Patti, chef's helper was a sweetheart!

The only improvement to this retreat would've been......1 more day! Enjoyed sunrise over the lake with yoga, meditation, massage, and meals.

Life is so hectic and busy. Thanks for the time to know how "me" is feeling. Last year and this year at these retreats I really learned about "ME". I feel so good! I know all of the women feel special to have time to talk and be listened to.....It's Like going home to family when I retreat with you, Marla!

I immediately felt a warm wonderful welcome! All of the facilitators were so helpful!
The food was Fantastic! Loved Yoga overlooking the water, meditation, yoga at sunrise too!
Dr. Tom Karas was awesome!
Loved Brent Steepe and all personal trainers! Massages on beach and Dr. Karas amazing!
Everyone arrived on time, great way to start retreat on right foot!
Loved bonfire! Not only was Dr. Karas informative, he had a great sense of humor!

Yoga, personal trainers, and discussion on Brain.
Learning to be gentle with ourselves, Brent's workout, Mike's yoga, and Tom's counting techniques!
So thankful Chef's Mark&Kim made gluten free meals for me! Brent for workouts that don't beat yourself up, and Mike for yoga and meditation to connect with your body!
Creating posters were great way to know others as well as myself! Loved Chris's talk on benefits of low glycemic foods, Tom's talk on brain and stress very logical and well-presented!
